Government of Maharashtra by G.R. dated 24th August 2004 had earlier made second phase of the "Amnesty Scheme-2004" operative from 1st October 2004 to 30th November 2004. Now, Government of Maharashtra by G.R. dated 29th November 2004 has extended duration of the second phase by two months. Now, after extension the second phase of the "Amnesty Scheme-2004" will be operative from 1st October 2004 to 31st January 2005. Other provisions of the "Amnesty Scheme-2004" will remain unaffected. You are requested to bring the contents of this circular to the notice of all the members of your association. |
