Gentlemen/Sir/Madam
Government of Maharashtra by Government Resolution dated 29 th
November 2004 had earlier made second phase of the "Amnesty Scheme
2004" operative from 1st October 2004 to 31 th January 2005. Now,
Government of Maharashtra by G. R. dated 29 th January 2005 has
extended duration of the second phase by one months. Now,
after extension the second phase of the "Amnesty Scheme 2004"
will be operative from 1st October 2004 to 28 st February 2005.
Other provisions of the "Amnesty Scheme -2004" will remain unaffected.
2. You are requested to bring the contents of this circular to
the notice of all the member of your association.
